These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of QiWalk ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App provides directional information based on Qi Men Dun Jia and Feng Shui principles, including map-based compass lines, AR compass, and route navigation features. The information provided is for reference purposes only, and we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
1. Some features of the App require a paid subscription ("Premium Plan").
2. Subscription prices are displayed within the App or on the App Store / Google Play page.
3. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's account settings.
5. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
6. Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
You may not:
1. Use the App in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
2. Interfere with the operation of the App.
3. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
4. Engage in any activity we deem inappropriate.
1. We are not responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on information provided by the App.
2. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
3. We are not responsible for any damages caused by interruptions, suspensions, or changes to the App.
4. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
We may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court.
